For 2021 the CRF300L replaced the CRF250L with a longer-stroke 286 cc Euro 5 single that gives more torque, a taller sixth gear and an assist/slipper clutch. The steel frame and swingarm were lightened and made more flexible, ground clearance went up, and a new LCD dash arrived, making it a lighter, stronger and more relaxed dual-sport than the 250 it replaced.
